Your responsibilities
Be responsible for preparing month-end and year-end close activities
Prepare financial statements, as well as take care of bookkeeping
Monitor changes in legal regulations and implement them in the company’s accounting
Be responsible for the completeness, timeliness, and reliability of information sent to the tax office
Account for planning, organizing, and making work together with various functions within the company
Drive process improvement in the accounting department
Manage and lead the accounting team
Our requirements
Excellent communicator and have high organizational skills
An independent specialist in your field with over 3 years of experience in an international environment
Expert with a degree in accounting or finance
Knowledgeable of accounting standards, as well as Polish tax law
Capable of preparing detailed process and control documents for internal audits
Experienced in working for a company with annual revenue over 50M PLN
Fluent (C1) in Polish and English (both written and spoken)
Have an eye for details and show figure it out attitude to appearing problems
Someone who is not afraid to think outside the box
Experienced in using Symfonia
