    Chief Commercial Officer

    Workplace: Warszawa

    Dzinga is looking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts. As a high-level executive you will lead our organization through the commercial landscape. This means overseeing product development, identifying new market opportunities, determining the optimal pricing to balance profit with customer/client satisfaction, and directing marketing operations. You will be responsible for the overall management of the Company’s Sales, Marketing, Business Development and other departments. You will have to control your teams distantly as they are located in different European countries.

    As a commercial director you will keep abreast of the industry trends and market conditions, while carefully monitoring many aspects of the marketplace that help the company run smoothly.

    This dynamic role requires traveling a lot (spending equal time in the office and on the go).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review and develop commercial structure in the Company.
    • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
    • Arrange market research and analysis to develop marketing strategies and create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.).
    • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met and reach out to new clients and advise upper management about new markets to explore.
    • Distantly manage and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, business development etc.)
    • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
    • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
    • Build and manage the budget and set financial targets.
    • Ensure new communication campaigns and programs are aimed at reaching sales targets.
    • Be the driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture and values of the Company.
    • Manage complex contract negotiation and work with legal department as required.
    • Locate in Riga (Latvia) for the first 6 -12 months.
    Our ideal candidate:
    • More than 5-10 years of the proven experience as Chief Commercial Officer or other relevant role in the area of Telecommunications.
    • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients.
    • More than 3 years of the international experience managing teams across Europe.
    • Strong business analytic and interpersonal skills, an ability to eloquently convey complex ideas, and a good instinct for business.
    • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
    • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
    • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
    • Fluent English. Knowledge of other languages as a plus (especially German, Polish, Russian, Dutch and Finnish).
    • Skilled at keeping multi-dimensional teams working together in the most efficient ways possible.
    • Professional and positive approach, self motivated, dynamic, a good team player.
