Recruitment for

Our client is an international company, rapidly developing on a number of markets Europe wide. To support their further growth in Poland, we are currently seeking to recruit a hands-on, ambitious CEO with a background in Technology organization or IT consulting company. The chosen candidate will take responsibility for the already established business and team and lead it to become a key player on the market.

Your responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of company strategy, in collaboration with other executive members Europe wide

  • Lead and closely cooperate with the company Directors to initiate further integration to come to a 'one-company' approach

  • Contribute to and create a roadmap for change as well as driving process change

  • Oversee the preparation of consolidated budgets, required reports, and forecasts & implement and monitor them to ensure targets are achieved

  • Drive the execution of growth initiatives and proactively support industry activities and by this establishing long term, sustainable and repeatable business with customers to increase the

  • share of recurring revenue

  • Further develop and maintain the professional relationship with external partners to consequently expand the presence and visibility of company in Poland

  • Lead the organization into greater growth and profitability, by implementing a style of management which embodies strategic vision inspiring others effecting in attracting, recruiting, retaining employees, and increasing company employer branding and brand awareness

  • Supporting potential synergies across regions, markets, solutions, and industries within the Group

Employer requirements

  • The individual will lead through example and demonstrate a consistent leadership style, setting realistic expectations that motivate and challenge the team

  • Well-developed coaching skills with examples of improving the performance of individuals and creating a team ethos

  • Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, have internal customer focus and a style and behaviour which generates trust and promote company core values

  • Flexible and able to work in entrepreneurial environment characterised by change and improvement.

  • Forward-looking mindset and 'can-do' attitude as well as hands-on approach, able to work independently within an international matrix structure

  • Several years of experience in a fast-paced international environment with background in Technology organisation or IT consulting company

  • Educated to university degree level

  • Strong business acumen and solid analytical skills, combined with structure and proactive personality, and the ability to drive initiatives.

  • Commercial and business oriented

  • Experience in M&A and post-merge integration projects is a strong asset

  • Good process/project/change management skills

  • Fluency in English and Polish is a must
