Your responsibilities

  • Support, coordinate and drive operational and strategic business initiatives across and beyond the Payments unit and be capable to lead the execution

  • Support, be involved and take responsibility in our ambition to drive more dialogues, actions and decisions based on data insight with supporting tooling and dashboard

  • Perform presentations and interact with a wide range of stakeholders across Nordea

  • Manage and support the risk, compliance and audit agenda

  • Support the Payments Management team

Our requirements

  • Cross-organisational driver capabilities achieved via experience from line leader role, projects leadership, business change initiatives

  • Some experience expected with one or more of the following areas; technology, payment services, Power BI (or similar)

  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree

  • You are fluent in English, both speaking and writing (professional level)

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Payments Service & Application Management unit! We are approximately 50 people in Payments Service and Application Management and organized within Group Business Support COO. We add value by supporting the payments change agenda and by ensuring stable payments services to the organisation.

As the Chief Expert, you'll play a valuable role in supporting, as well as taking responsibility for initiatives and deliveries across teams and countries. You have good collaboration skills but also are capable to work interdepdently across the unit. Your main focus will be the units business goals and to support the further development of the unit which includes to strengthen the utilisation of PowerBI, data gathering and quality of our KPI Dashboard, Risk Management deliveries, as well as general management support.

You'll be working in the business support team that serve the management team and be reporting to the Head of Payments Service & Application Management. Our aim is to always provide high quality deliveries to the value chains we are supporting.

The role is based in Gdynia; Gdańsk; Warszawa; Łódź.
