The candidate will manage the area of finance in an international company at European level. Employed person will be responsible for company finance strategy and finance process standardization in more than 20 business units located in 5 European countries, in the area of agri-food production. Responsible for managing team of a several dozen people in a distributed structure (that includes Shared Services Centre as well) within capital group.
responsible for finance operations, risk management, creating financial and operational strategy for capital group,
initiating and leading global consolidation and standardization processes,
Implementing strategic processes, business plans, budgeting procedures at capital group level,
supervising financial operations for both Polish and European (domestic and foreign) capital group business units / companies,
supervising annual budget preparation and long-term financial plans as well as monitoring its implementation / completion,
managing financial liquidity, responsible for projects funding,
responsible for finance investments risk management and seeking for the best solutions that ensure company profitability,
supervising company departments in terms of key financial information and operational analysis.
at least 5 years of experience in a position of finance director in an international company,
at least 5 years of experience in managing finance for both Polish and European companies,
experience in financial processes standardization,
experience in leading consolidation processes and companies purchases processes,
very good knowledge of both Polish and international general accepted accounting principles,
experience in managing big teams of managers and specialists (around 100 people) operating in a distributed structure,
fluent command of English (both oral and written),
bachelor’s degree – finance, MBA, ACCA,
readiness to constant business trips around Europe,
knowledge of most common financial software and advanced command of MS Excel,
exceptional leadership skills and charisma,
knowledge and experience in managing financial area of any British company will be an additional asset,
experience in production area of business will be an additional asset.
