Your responsibilities
- Overseeing the organization's financial activities.
- Protecting vital assets of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and communicating value and risk issues to the investors and the board.
- Providing financial leadership and aligning business and finance strategy to grow the business.
- Stimulating and driving the timely execution of change in the finance function in fields such as enterprise cost reduction, procurement, pricing execution etc.
- Preparing reliable current and forecasting reports.
- Tracking and ensuring cash flow is appropriate and sustainable.
- Working with the President and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
- Studying long-range economic trends and projecting their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
- Managing and retaining relationships with various vendors and business partners.
- Supervising all finance personel.
Our requirements
- Proven experience as CFO/Finance Officer or another relevant role.
- Proficient business English (written and spoken).
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Experience in working in highly dynamic business environment.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis, financial controlling and forecasting methods.
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Problem solver and critical thinker mindset.
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Data Analysis or similar relevant field required.
