Your responsibilities
Developing and executing a company's financial strategy.
Implementing financial and accounting processes in line with organizational objectives and financial strategy.
Monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing financial and tax risks.
Advising the Management Board in key business decisions and guiding the organization in their implementation.
Developing pricing policy together with the Sales Team.
Monitoring economic and IT market trends to identify financial opportunities.
Planning, reviewing and monitoring budgets.
Verifying cost efficiency of the processes and solutions in the organization.
Acting as a business partner for other teams.
Working closely with the accounting and payroll team.
Collaborating with external partners such as legal or tax advisors.
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or relevant field.
At least 5 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager, CFO, Head of Finance and Operations or relevant position.
Knowledge of Polish tax and legal regulations to the extent that allows collaboration with external partners.
Open to explore new areas and act in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Managerial competencies as well as project management and negotiations skills.
Being tech savvy and focused on data-driven decision making.
Capability to prioritize tasks, identify and resolve problems, handle and analyze big sets of data, create and/or modify processes/systems.
Good writing and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
Optional
ACCA or PCA certificate.
Experience working in a software house/ in the IT field.
Experience in expanding organizations to new sites (in Poland and other countries).
Written and verbal communication skills in German.
