Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for P&L in the area of operations in manufacturing
- Creates the policy of production plants based on the global strategy
- Responsibility for direct and indirect labor productivity and efficiency
- Coordinates the work of subordinate organizational units / plants
- Organizes and coordinates the work of the supply chain, strategic purchasing, quality, HS, LEAN, CI, other departments
- Creates a cost optimization strategy in the production and supply chain area
- Initiates, supervises, coordinates changes that improve efficiency
- Creates rules regulating the functioning of subordinate areas
- Plans for the effective use of resources
- Plans and supervises budgeting expenses (CAPEX, OPEX)
- Plans HR in terms of the current and future needs
- Manages and leads the team, increases work efficiency and strengthen motivation
Our requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in operations and min. 3 years on a global role as COO or Global Operations Director / Manager
- Experience in automotive, OEM
- Higher technical and / or financial education
- Operational excellence knowledge of the LEAN methodology in practice, Six Sigma
- Knowledge of Project Management, Quality Management
- Knowledge of the English language at the level of at least B2 / C1
- Knowledge of MS 365
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Willingness to frequent business trips (60%)
