We are aiming high. We are thrilled by the possibilities of digitalization and it’s impact on our lives, work, relationships and society. Being focused on healthcare as a fundamental part of wellbeing, we started one of the first online clinics in Poland. In 2019 we reached a solid proof of concept with more than 50.000 patients serviced. However, in 2020 we will reach for more; transforming our platform in multiple ways:

  • From healthcare to overall wellbeing.
  • From one to multiple-countries.
  • From a one fits all to a truly customer centric offer.

Therefore we are looking for characters that put our customers wellbeing at heart, are truly digital, customer centric and data driven and are seeking a culture where we jointly strive for nothing less than excellence. Chief Technology Officer (m/f/d) | Warsaw or Berlin

What we expect:

  • First and foremost: you can lead, mentor, train and hire a state-of-the-art team to drive excellence in execution by being a role model with regards to skills, passion, dedication, integrity, moral and ethical views
  • You have some proven track record of both solidly documented code as well as a drive for novelty and innovation. You maybe a self learner; however, a university degree in informatics, mathematics or similar coding related subject is a plus.
  • You have a strong interest in the future of health services and driving its digitalization-revolution.
  • You set the tech strategy, driving the development goals and roadmap, and defining the processes needed to execute against them
  • You are eager to dive deep into the details and objectives of the business, and to excite your team to deliver measurable results
  • You are able to evaluate code and tests, holding the team accountable for addressing strategic objectives rather than coding for pure technical gratification
  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves and get into the code when help is needed to meet important milestones
  • You create and maintain a solid culture of managing projects with reliable estimates
  • You establish and sustain a high-performing engineering culture, built on speed, agility, and effectiveness
  • You are keen to foster your personal growth and believe in the power of a team that together strives for excellence
