creating and executing a long-term technology vision across all dimensions of the business,
recruiting, inspiring, developing, and engaging a team of developers and designers,
overseeing the development of the world-class product,
maintaining industry-leading uptime and performance on critical technology infrastructure through great architectural decisions, successful monitoring and testing processes, and system redundancy,
representing the technological agenda in staff, customer, and strategic partners meetings,
researching of new technological solutions in the area of web3 and their implementation,
meeting and collaborating with internal stakeholders,
some travel may be required.

the ideal candidate for this role will have the experience, skills, passion, and leadership capabilities necessary to lead the engineering team in developing a high-quality product for a global market,
as a member of the Leadership Team, the CTO will play a key role in establishing the technical vision and leading the innovation and development,
knowledge of languages: Python or Node.js or C#, Unity, and Docker plus AWS,
at least 3 years of experience in different projects in every part of its development,
English at an advanced level,
knowledge of scrum methodology,
proactive attitude and openness for creating solutions,
enthusiasm for the world of cryptocurrencies,
readiness for long-term cooperation in creating a new dimension of the metaverse.
