    Your Responsibilities:

    We are a team of IT experts, who provide excellent services for GSK sites worldwide on a daily basis. As a part of a global healthcare company, we work in a multinational environment, support around 100 000 GSK employees and over 20 000 systems in the entire company. At present, at our office in Poznan, we employ about 700 highly-skilled professionals.Main business areas supported by GSK IT are: Cyber security, Research & Development, CRM applications, Mobile Applications, Web Development, drug production monitoring.We are a global development center focused around web development on Adobe AEM platform. With teams covering all aspects of product development and deployment we support GSK business daily in key activities such as online campaigns, promotions, product launches, ongoing website support and constant performance and SEO improvements on enterprise scale.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Building and defining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Engineer function within GSK organization
    • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for within GSK globally in project related tasks and conversations
    • Being an owner and maintaining current CI/CD toolkit and providing training and awareness on CI/CD to senior stakeholders within and outside of technical functions
    • Working with development teams to increase level of knowledge and awareness of the solutions as well as creating and implementing new deployment pipelines
    • Constantly improving and researching new available tools and solutions that can be adopted into GSK Tech roadmap
    • Taking ownership for solutions responsible for deployment and testing of code and orchestration

    Basic qualifications:

    • At least 2 year experience in developing of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes as well as knowledge of DevOps cycles. Knowledge and hands on experience of Jenkins
    • Deep understanding of Operating systems ( Linux/Windows ) and experience with AWS and Azure based hosted infrastructure
    • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g Python, Groovy) and experience with versioning systems for binaries and source code ( Nexus, GIT )
    • Good command of English (B2 level)
    • Problem solving and ability to diagnose issues within complex environments with significant number of underpinning dependencies
    • Good communications skills and experience in building business relationships with leadership teams within markets and on global level

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience with other CI/ CD tool set (e.g. Bamboo) and basic knowledge of java and key front-end development technologies
    • Background in working for software houses
