Your responsibilities
Face off to Regional and Global WKOR/Production Leads, Policy and GFCC on escalations, actions plans and risk identified items
Keep informed of all changes to processes, procedures and regulatory change – drive Teams awareness and adherence to changes
Identify, lead and execute process improvements and provide Subject Matter Expert support on key process and technology initiatives aligned with WKOR Core Objectives
Act as the Site Lead for Warsaw Reviewer Team, recruitment and specific tasks with active engagement in Warsaw site initiatives
Key active engagement in the WKOR Target Operating Model Program with proactive oversight on KYC Records Allocation,
Teams Capacity Management, Book of Work oversight and QC Consistency
Develop, manage and maintain strong Stakeholder relationships/partnership for all deliverables and escalations
Team management and knowledge development, motivation and leadership – perform One to Ones, Skip Levels, coaching for success and building a resilient team
Monitor Teams performance and productivity Scorecards and Metrics, KPIs and KRIs – ensure SLAs and Cycle times are adhered to with minimal escalations from Stakeholders and the Business
Active engagement in governance and monitoring of Teams Quality Assurance results and error trends to prevent recurring themes and issues
Provide Subject Matter Expertise on potential key risks identified on all levels of KYC Due Diligence

Knowledge of financial industry with experience in a high visibility Operations and Controls environment
Proven leadership and strong managerial skills with high motivation to drive the success of a Team
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence at all levels
Strong time management, organisational, risk management, team building and planning skills
Strong creative solution and problem solving skills with key focus on accountability and ownership
Ability to mobilise resources, navigate internal networks and negotiate at a senior level
Experience in managing change, building and maintain strong relations and partnership with Stakeholders at all levels
Excellent analytical and research skills, detail oriented. Ability to deep-dive and investigate issues to reach a successful resolution to applicable parties
Previous work experience in any of the following areas or similar – KYC/AML/Compliance/Audit/Risk and Controls
Knowledge of Corporate Investment Bank
Knowledge of multiple client types and structures
Knowledge of multiple financial products such as Trade, Escrow, Treasury Services, Custody, Securities & Collateral Management, etc.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

The Corporate Investment Bank, Know Your Customer (KYC) team plays a critical role in ensuring that as an organisation, we are
compliant with multiple Regulations, in order to protect the Bank’s reputation and financial assets. JP Morgan has developed their
Global Operating Model to provide a business wide process for the delivery of KYC across all Lines of Business in every Region.
As part of Digital and Platform Services, the Wholesale KYC Operations Reviewer team (WKOR) operates in close partnership with
WKOR Production Team in liaison with Sales, Reference Data, Credit, Legal and Compliance teams to provide efficient and timely
On-boarding, Renewal and Remediation of client KYC relationships in JP Morgan.
