Your responsibilities
Act as support analyst for Virtual Workplace related issues (Citrix XenApp, Citrix
XenDesktop, Citrix Provisioning Services, Citrix Storefront/Webinterface
Support VDI solutions for Atos customers;
Execute Virtual Workplace changes for existing clients;
Citrix Netscaler / Citrix Access Gateway administration
Hypervisor environment management: VMWare vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V;
Language skills:English B2+;
Provisioning Services 7;
RES Workspace Manager / Automation Manager
Group Policies (GPOs)- Application Virtualization (App-V)
Our requirements
Bachelor (+) with at least 3 years of experience supplemented with relevant training
Knowledge of, and experience in the field of:
Active Directory
Group Policies (GPOs)
ITIL v3 Foundation
Powershell
