Currently, for our Client well-known company working in the BPO sector we are looking for a candidate for the position of Client Advisor with Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the customer's business needs
Providing support for foreign client in accordance with the standards adopted in the company (via telephone and email)
Diagnosing and resolving client's issues related to the companies product
Changing data in the internal system
Processing of customer’s orders
Building long term relationships with clients
Supporting team in daily activities

Requirements

Very good written and spoken Spanish language
Good knowledge of English is a must
Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems
Ability to work well with clients to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly
Self-starter who enjoys working in a multinational environment
Very good communication skills and superior listening skills
