Your responsibilities
- Convert analysis into compelling stories and opportunities, engaging key leaders across the business, to drive forward AXA XL client centric agenda.
- Perform research and collect data regarding clients /brokers / markets to highlight trends and identify opportunities to the business.
- Use customer data, advanced analytics, and future looking insights to gain a deeper understanding of our client / broker portfolio to drive higher customer engagement and loyalty.
- Elicit qualitative and quantitative data to provide accurate customer insight from multiple sources (research, online data, operations, etc.) to produce actionable business recommendations.
- Use a range of data and research analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, Qlik, Infographics to produce meaningful presentations for stakeholders at every level.
- Work closely with Marketing team to maximize AXA XL potential and raise its market presence.
- Work on larger scale projects and initiatives with wider business and key stakeholders.
Our requirements
- Strong experience of working within a Customer/Client facing role collating and analyzing data/insights (i.e., research, surveys, analysis etc.)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office user, particularly Word and Excel, but also comfortable using and producing high quality presentations via PowerPoint
- Previous stakeholder management with the ability to confidently communicate with a variety of stakeholders across the business and wider group
- Able to work to tight deadlines, and to evidence consistent delivery, in line with agreed timescales
- Proven ability to manage larger scale projects and initiatives.
