Client Facing Expert in Funds Department

Your responsibilities

• Supporting our international clients.

• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients as well as gaining their trust and respect.

• Works and constantly coordinates with different stakeholders internally, specifically account managers and operations, in solving service issues and escalations.

• Interfacing with Euroclear's Operations teams (Funds, Asset Servicing, Transactions Processing, Tax or Collateral) to solve problems and keep clients in the loop.

• Anticipating client’s needs and finding solutions within the indicated policies and procedures.

• Taking care of appropriate follow-up (timely, accurately) of all client matters.

• Ensuring proactive communication to all parties involved.
