Your responsibilities
- Client Budget - Detailed OPEX & CAPEX client budgeting and forecasting with monthly variance analysis against latest forecast on both P&L and cash basis
- Client Accounting & Reporting – Oversight of P2P and O2C processes including invoice and payment approval and funding preparation, month end activities (accruals and month end journals, GL close, P&L and BS management), client reporting and ad-hoc analitics
- Planning & Management - Provision of a robust monthly client timetable across all stakeholders ensuring timely and accurate delivery incl. local finance team matrix management
- Control & Governance - Provision of quality control environment to ensure all submissions issued to client have been reviewed and the appropriate attention to detail applied, ensure processes are aligned with compliance, SOC2, SOC1, SOX and platform requirements
- Corporate Reporting and Financial Planning – Corporate month end activities (accruals, adjustments, pass-though packs), monthly reporting and variance commentary against corporate revenue and cost forecasts incl. regular aged debt review and follow up with C&W Credit Control to ensure timely settlement of sales invoices, corporate budget and forecast
Our requirements
- Technical understanding of accounting fundamentals and principles with min. 3 yrs finance experience
- Desirable – Accounting qualification e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Proficient English – very fluent, both written and spoken
- Proven finance business partnering skills across breadth of stakeholders incl. external clients
- Proactive self-motivator with ability to work on own initiative, but also as a strong team player
- Commercial and analytical with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge end to end finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, Treasury)
- Advanced MS Excel competence with proficient ability work with and interpret large data sets
- Very strong interpersonally – ability to interact with team and management regularly and effectively
- Highly organised & efficient with ability to prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines
- Pro-active e.g. in managing flow of input data and communicating issues / support required promptly
- An individual who strives for continuous improvement

As part of the role you will also be responsible for line management of allocated Client Accounts Assistants within client finance team in Budapest.
