Client Management Manager

Job description

We support recruitment activities for a US-based company that specializes in online trading and forex. As a part of their rapid growth, they make significant investments in their IT systems, infrastructure, and platforms in order to deliver award-winning products and, what is more, give traders an outstanding user experience.

The brand new technology hub in Krakow's city center is about to build the Client Management Team that will be supporting internal and external clients requests.

 Szlak Street, Krakow 
Employment type: employment contract
Salary: up to 16 000 PLN gross
Remote working: Possible


A Client Management Manager will be overseeing the activities of the Client Management Team. In this role, you will assure the smooth operation of the department when responding to internal and external requests. In addition, you will facilitate a fast-paced and dynamic environment by assisting representatives and delivering solutions focused results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team building and management, coaching, skills assessment and training
  • Inputting into CRM strategy
  • Resource scheduling for optimum performance against agreed KPI’s
  • Implementing global best practice in call center management
  • Monitoring incoming trading inquiries and client issues via phone, email and live, interactive chat.
  • Being part of a team dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer experience
  • Handle incoming trading inquiries and client issues via phone, email and live, interactive chat
  • Trade research/Quotes
  • Placing Spot FX, CFD’s and Commodity trades, providing quotes and facilitateing discussions regarding equity markets, fixed income markets, international markets and economic conditions
  • Engaging client in meaningful dialogue and identify unstated needs or financial goals that may be achieved by further utilizing company services, products or tools

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service team management within a FX or CFD environment, preferable
  • BS/BA Degree preferably in Finance Business Management/Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Ability to determine minimum maintenance requirements for all currency pairs, CFD’s, metals and commodities
  • The ability to calculate the liquidation values of the products we offer
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Approachable, flexible, dependable, and conscientiousness
  • Strong command of computer and typing skills. Representatives will typically navigate through 4-5 software systems simultaneously
  • Keen interest in the investment and financial services fields
  • Demonstrates self-confidence and the ability to maintain composure in difficult situations
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
