    Client Management Specialist (French/German)
    Location: Kraków
    Ref No: Nr ref: Payments/CMS/FG/01/2018

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Respond promptly to time sensitive and often high value queries and escalations from both other departments and direct from clients
    • Provide excellent client management support, improve client engagement and resolve the majority of client enquires at the first point of contact
    • Receive/make calls from/to customers (internal/ external)
    • Respond to mails/queries related to process timely
    • Act effectively on all customer feedback
    • Proactively escalate to the Line Management any issues / transactions that would impact service delivery or potential loss to the bank
    • Work well independently; complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks
    • Work productively, professionally and demonstrate ways to improve customer service
    • Language: Fluent in English, French and /or German
    • Exceptional Client focus and orientation
    • Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to communicate effectively with local and global teams
    • Time management skills and ability to prioritise are critical
    • Must be able to analyse, summarise and communicate complicated problems and provide action recommendations to any level of Client and Bank escalation chain
    • Enthusiastic team player, capable of demonstrating initiative, self-motivation and willingness to learn
    • Previous technical helpdesk experience preferred but not required
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the banks clearing systems
    • Experience with web-based technologies
    • Experience  in Euro-clearing Services / Global Cash Management
