Your responsibilities

  • Manage EMEA Client Onboarding and KYC Team both in office and virtual environment.

  • Supports the planning and hire of right set of people, train, guide, coach, develop and appraise and reward people based on meritocracy. Shares responsibility for budget, policy formulation and short-term resource planning.

  • Focuses on timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions, as well as delivering superior customer service and resolution of customer issues.

  • Performs day to day management of the account opening and KYC processing, to ensure delivery of very high quality service to customers and internal partners.

  • Supports the global and regional projects and bankers globally (out of the EMEA region).

  • Ensures that AML KYC policy, (including associated policies), is implemented in a timely and controlled manner.

  • Prepare, control and provides relevant metrics - KPI, KRI - for the Client Onboarding.

  • Ensures that the continuous process optimization and improvements are in place for a best controlled, risk managed and a most cost efficient operations services.

  • Establishes the services and manages the relationships with the major stakeholders: Bankers, Assistant Bankers, Compliance and Legal.

Our requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in account opening or KYC, Client Onboarding or AML area.

  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience and strong people management skillset.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or economy.

  • Demonstrated Project management skill including financial cost management skills.

  • Ability to achieve business objectives without compromising on controls and risk parameters established.

  • Advanced execution skills in a multi-tasking mode. Exposure to Customer Service and handling of system, testing and rollouts.

  • Ability to interact confidently with senior management and regulators. Ability to coach and develop people, identifying and retaining talent.

  • Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2)
