Your responsibilities
Compile reports of results which are presented to the wider management team,
Maintain a detailed and holistic understanding of the client onboarding processes while adhering to agreed service levels and leading regular service reviews to ensure service levels have been met.
Serve as an advisor to cross-functional teams in identifying potential solutions/opportunities to reduce manual touch points and streamline processes.
Build and own relationships with US located Prime focused business
Identify and execute operational, client experience and regulatory projects associated to the Onboarding process.
Utilize well-developed working knowledge of the business & the upstream and downstream influences/
Managing team in Poland (EMEA), Buffalo (NAM) and Manilla (APAC)
Our requirements
2-5 years of professional experience in managing people
Excellent communication skills including strong verbal and writing in business English
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
Well organized, efficient and able to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
