The Information Services Group (ISG) is responsible for providing authoritative sources of reference data to our clients across the Institutional Client Services (ICG) organization, through implementing state of the art technologies and operational processes which promote the collection, storage, analysis, and distribution of product, pricing, account and corporate action data.
Client Onboarding is everything that needs to occur to transform a new business  opportunity from a sales prospect to a revenue generating state. ECN is part of the Client Onboarding flow and it stands for Electronic Communications Networks i.e. 3rd party trading platforms such as Bloomberg, Tradeweb and Market Axess.
The position reports to the Olsztyn COB department manager and supports Manager in daily team management.

Working hours: EMEA (9:00–17:00) 50% and NAM (15:00-23:00) 50% (2 weeks/1 month)
We offer extra payment bonus for working in the night shifts!

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervision over new trade set ups and modifications.
  • Work hands on & to tight deadlines.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvements to quality of data and client service levels.
  • Identify, research, validate, setup & maintain data for internal and vendor applications.
  • Partner with global sales to resolve issues.
  • Supporting manager in daily team duties management, providing recommendations with regards to team performance and evaluation, control functions.

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of English and high standard of written and oral communication skills.
  • Team management experience.
  • Self-reliance in solving problems.
  • Demonstrate the ability to organize people, systems and workflow, working to drive efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Good MS Excel Skills.
