Your responsibilities

  • Build a long term relationships with Admind’s key customers

  • Deliver sales and business targets

  • Manage a portfolio of global customers

  • Develop account based growth plans

  • Develop and execute strategies focused on long term partneships and growth of revenues with our customers

  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute Account Based Marketing activities

  • Build an in depth expertise within the industries of our customers (i.e. energy, electrification, e-mobility)

  • Analyze and monitor market and competitors

  • Provide value proposition, ensuring that it’s accurately communicated to all participants of the sales process

  • Collaborate with Delivery team to define best solutions for our customers within agreed-upon scope, budget and timeline

  • Master Hubspot platform - Keep records of sales, revenue, and other customer related data to identify growth opportunities

  • Maintain an organized client feedback system

  • Promote Admind’s services in new markets in EMEA, Asia, and the Americas

  • Participate actively in meetings with existing clients and sales prospects

  • Estimate budgets and create analysis, reports, and business presentations

Our requirements

  • You have previous experience as an client, account, partnerships manager or in other related client-facing roles, preferably within our industry (min 3 years)

  • You have worked in an international environment with corporate clients

  • You are familiar with consultative selling

  • You have experience working with Hubspot platform

  • You are driven by sales and business targets

  • You have a proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business

  • You are a strong negotiator and you are driven by challenges and deadlines

  • You are assertive with strong deal closing and negotiation skills

  • You have excellent communication skills needed to interact at various organizational levels

  • You are a great listener

  • You are willing to learn and explore our customers business

  • You work efficiently with an ability to set and prioritize goals

  • You are fluent in English

  • You are good at work organization, time management, and planning

  • You have great market knowledge and can analyze well sales factors

  • You are a great communicator with an aptitude for building professional relationships

  • You learn quickly and have an agile mindset

Who we need

We are looking for a relationship building-oriented Client Partner whose primary goal is the growth of revenues, client retention, and satisfaction. As a part of the Client Partnership team, you will act as a long-term ally and, hopefully, a trusted consultant for our existing and potential clients. By constantly learning what the clients’ needs are, you will help them in developing mutual business opportunities.
