Your responsibilities
Maintain the highest standards of Client Reporting for Franklin Templeton Institutional Clients
Collaborate with various internal teams (Portfolio Accounting, Investment Risk, Performance Risk, Commentary, PDS, AMP and Legal) to ensure information flow is accurate for Institutional Client Reports within prescribed deadlines
Support priority and ad hoc reporting requirements of external institutional clients and internal clients like Sales, Client Service and Portfolio Managers
Resolve Client Queries in a timely manner by investigating and coordinating with internal teams; investigating data changes and issues and notifying upstream/downstream impacted teams
Champion, lead and support Transition of reporting from Client Service regional teams
Monitor the maintenance of client accounts, including opening new accounts, processing changes and transfers, and terminating/liquidating accounts
Analyze process changes/automations resulting in increased measurable results along with key metrics which impact the operations
Working under minimal supervision, adhering to policies & procedures and escalating issues to management when necessary
Building and maintaining professional relationships with business partners through effective communication (Client Services, Sales, Investment Risk, Portfolio Accounting, Portfolio Management, Product Management, Legal, Compliance etc.)
Our requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
1 - 3 years of relevant industry experience, asset management industry, institutional financial services or comparable high-quality analytical experience required
Familiarity with institutional clientele, products, servicing needs, and information standards
Experience working in a global business environment with diverse cultures and time zones
The ability to analyze trends, identify incorrect data and produce client reporting with 100% accuracy
Understanding Risk characteristics, performance and attribution is preferred
Understanding data confidentiality (dealing with highly confidential data)
Experience in report creation using PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent documentation skills to capture solutions / workflows as repeatable and defined processes
Eye to detail and accuracy
Flexibility and adaptability
Strong multi-tasking, organizational and follow-through skills

Client Relations Analyst with FTS Institutional Client Reporting Team will provide support on day-to-day account servicing and reporting needs for institutional clients globally. The employee will be responsible for key institutional clients, creating client reporting via various automated and non-automated platforms. They will identify reporting requirements and coordinate deliveries with other business units as needed, as well as provide subject matter expertise on production/problem resolution of client reporting and related services. They may work on projects as directed by the leadership team and will also communicate and coordinate with other GCSS hubs, globally, as required.
