    Our Client, a leader in its sector, is a global company providing software and services, based in Cracow. Due to building its new structures, we are looking for professional and reliable candidates with French for the position of Client Service Advisor

    The successful candidate will support the European VDR Project Management team and have the possibility to to develop career path in an international, well-known Company.

    Client Service Advisor with French (new structures)

    Responsibilities:

    • Providing support for high profile clients from Investment Banks, Law Firms and Corporations via phone and Email,
    • Coordinating and managing clients’ relationships,
    • Advising on the best project practices and understanding client’s needs;  ensure that a resolution is provided in a timely and effective manner,
    • Cooperating with product advisors and development teams based in USA,
    • Focusing and identifying projects/opportunities for process improvement to eliminate issues.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent French  (written and spoken min. C1),
    • Communicative English,
    • Analytical and problem solving skills required,
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure,
    • Good attention to detail,
    • Technical experience will be an asset,
    • Open to work on a shift schedule,
    • Ability to build strong relationship with the clients and a team.
