As a first step, you take over responsibility for our business with the initial client – in close connection to the experienced DACH team in Frankfurt
In the mid-run, you will be also responsible for further growing our business with the initial client, and/or new clients. You will have the responsibility to develop a growth strategy and ensure the profit of the unit
You will bring the local team (which is currently hired) up to speed and organize workflows internally and with the client
You will be the daily contact with the client’s Brand Managers
You are the mastermind behind the strategic and conceptual consultancy across all instruments of the digital marketing universe (focus on CRM, but also touchpoint strategy, SEO/SEA, Social Media, content and creative)
Project management is part of the job: You bring the right experts together in effective teams to deliver solutions for the above topics, and you organize timelines and deadlines with the client
You are also responsible for the budget management and cost planning on projects
Entrepreneurial mind with a high degree of self-motivation and self-organization as well as the capability to set up new structures and processes
Hands-on mentality: This is about building up a new unit, so we look for an all-round talent who will get the things done that have to get done
University degree with very good results in marketing, media/communications or similar
5+ years professional experience with a consultancy or agency with a digital focus, ideally including CRM or related marketing disciplines (B2C)
Successful experience in consulting to clients, driving forward their business
Well-organized, Project management skills are a plus, ideally JIRA experience
Outstanding leadership and social competency as well as strong communication skills.
Fluent Polish, excellent English
