Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring the highest level of service through e-mail and phone to our clients.

  • Providing direct support to the clients and business partners with regards to their operational queries and business initiatives.

  • Taking part in projects related to client service.

  • Recommending and adhering to continuous improvement concepts.

Our requirements

  • Is fluent in one of the below languages: English, German (good knowledge of English required), Spanish (good knowledge of English required)

  • Good knowledge of Czech and/or Polish would be an advantage.

  • Experience in financial services or client service would be an advantage.

  • Has strong interpersonal skills, as well as diplomacy and tact.

  • Has relevant client service skills.

  • Has strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

The TA Client Service Representative is responsible for daily interactions with our external clients and business partners concerning their operational and procedural queries. Aside contact with the clients and external business partners you will also interact with various internal teams including AML, Compliance, Legal and other teams.

Currently we are looking for new Team members (permanent and temporary contracts) to join our CDS Teams servicing different EMEA markets.
