Your responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive service and support for clients and foreign translators (Norway, the Netherlands, and other foreign countries)
- Negotiating terms of cooperation (prices and dates) with clients and translators
- Order processing: from preparing valuations and orders for clients, through the organization of orders for translators, to the financial settlements of orders
- Knowledge of the following software: Adobe, ABBYY (OCR), Trados Studio, etc.
- Managing and updating databases: translators, orders, contract registers, etc.
Our requirements
- At least three years of experience in the client service department in a company with a similar profile and mode of operation (quick inquiries, short time to prepare a valuation and order)
- Very good computer skills, proficient use of MS Office and the Internet (working in front of a computer most of the day)
- Native Norwegian or native Dutch
- An excellent command of English
- Polish at a communicative level
- High stress tolerance
- Multitasking (managing several short projects simultaneously)
- Full commitment to entrusted duties and a sense of responsibility
- Effective organization of work and meticulousness
- Self-reliance at work and the ability to learn quickly
- Ease of establishing relationships with people, especially when talking on the phone
