Providing daily customer service to Spanish-speaking customers,
Managing and communicating with business partners,
Responding and resolving inquiries from partners regarding the calculation of payments, disbursements and other related inquiries,
Timely responding to various requests with order management, Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents,
Handling the entire payment process - processing, claims and reconciliation.
Fluent command of spoken and written Spanish and English,
Computer literacy of upper-intermediate level (Office, esp. Excel),
Experience in the field of Customer Service,
Excellent communication skills, very good teamwork,
