Provide in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries
Troubleshoot problems with malfunctioning software applications and recommends corrective action
Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat session
Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
Recreate and resolve client issues in test environment, identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
BA or MA degree in: Computer Science, Finance, Math, Business, Management, Economics or similar
0-2 years of experience
Fluency in English – speaking and writing
Finance and/or accounting qualifications/experience is beneficial
Computer/technical literacy (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Project)
Basic knowledge of database and SQL will be a plus
Eager to learn in IT-related environment and cooperating with cross-functional IT teams
Ability to work across functions and reporting lines to drive and achieve results
Excellent written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong desire to learn the products, processes, and related industries
Ability to deal with high pressure situations and incidents
Team player and willing to progress in a rapidly changing environment

About the Team
The role of a client services analyst offers tremendous growth at FIS, as it offers opportunities to learn, progress and excel in your career with our company.
You will be joining the Client Experience Team Team who is responsible for supporting FIS Data Integrity Manager – an enterprise reconciliation software platform.
Job functions within this product line require client service skills, alongside market and product knowledge, which you will build during your time on the program. You will be trained in issue troubleshooting and resolution of complex financial solutions software and client facing support systems.
