As Clinical Implementation Specialist, you are responsible for delivering training and providing support to existing and new dental customers of SureSmile aligners and software. The training will be done either remotely, at the dentists’ and orthodontists’ practices directly or at other suitable external premises. In this position you will ensure repeat case orders in order to drive ongoing customer growth. Working in close relationship with the existing Dentsply Sirona sales force you will leverage existing customers relationships and promote the complete digital solution. You are responsible for providing first level support to customers who will start with or already use SureSmile aligners and software.
Additionally, you will support distributors with digital impression product demonstrations to doctors and staff members to facilitate the closing of business and the enablement of the Dealer Representative.
• Develop and retain new accounts in order to develop our aligners and overall digital solution sales
• Achieve individual quarterly and yearly product sales budget and develop total business objectives
• Lead initial SureSmile implementation, ensuring dentists and staff fully understand of the utilization of the entire workflow/product
• Work in close relationship with existing DS sales force in the same region (North Poland) to leverage existing customers’ relationship and create synergies by promoting the total digital solution
• Attend regional and national tradeshows as required by management
Experience in the medical/technology industry or dental practices/laboratories or similarly technical environment; experience in the Orthodontic field would be ideal but not mandatory
Consultative approach (clear and supportive communication), ideally combined with training experience in similar technical environment
Structured thinker with a passion for implementing best practice and techniques for the benefit of potential and existing customers
Responsiveness, initiative and the flexibility to accommodate customers different needs in a timely manner in combination with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation skills through digital channels as well as face to face meetings
Willingness to travel (driving license)
