Your responsibilities
management of clinical trials in the design concept through planning, initiation, conduct and closure of the project,
supporting the center in the feasibility process,
assistance in finding subcontractors for research and equipping the center required to meet the expectations of a given project / study,
implementation of the operational goals set for the project / research (including opening centers, recruitment, closing the database),
creating documentation for a given project, e.g. Project Management Plan / Communication Plan,
organization of meetings and conferences in projects,
risk identification in the project and implementation of corrective actions in cooperation with the quality department,
cooperation with the quality department and design team in preparation for audits and inspections,
ensuring adequate and effective communication with the project team, sponsors/CRO.
Our requirements
minimum 2 years of experience in SMO or CRO clinical trials,
experience in managing local projects,
very good command of the English language - necessary to contact sponsors / subcontractors,
ability to set and achieve goals through a positive attitude and initiate appropriate solutions,
highly developed communication skills that will be necessary to build relationships between units and areas in the organization,
focus on personal development and willingness to initiate changes in processes.
