Your responsibilities
Work with the wider Technology team to ensure a secure, available, effective, and reliable computing environment across offices and geographies
Act as a point for first line support.
Play an important part in the technical implementation of IT projects.
Ensure maximum value is achieved from Factor’s cloud infrastructure
Produce and update relevant documentation to the highest standards
Bring fresh ideas to technical implementations, out of the box thinking is highly encouraged
Partake in unofficial and official trainings in support of professional growth and knowledge development
Our requirements
3+ years’ experience in an environment requiring a high degree of customer / client service skills and best practices and the ability to deliver
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
In Depth understanding and demonstrable experience of the Office 365 Platform (Azure AD, Logic Apps, Power Platforms, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
Strong understanding of cloud backup technologies (NetApp, Druva, etc.)
Experience with ticket, incident, and problem management tools and processes
High levels of experience with Azure Active Directory and SSO technologies
Experience in network support and administration (LAN/WAN/WLAN connectivity, network architecture, network security concepts, subnetting, managed switches, VLANs, TCP/IP concepts)
Ability to work proficiently with minimal daily guidance and bring mature seasoned skills when working with clients as well as when working with production systems
Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
knowledge of Azure Technologies including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Virtual Networking, Compliance, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Landing Zones, Azure Monitoring
Optional
Knowledge, or general understand of Salesforce
Experience working in a cloud only environment
Experience working within a compliance environment desirable. Familiarity with ISO 27701/27001 a plus
experience with Storage Accounts, Resource Groups, AAD, AVD with mindset on resiliency, i.e., availability sets and zones and recovery service vaults
Technical expertise in Azure infrastructure support, including networking, virtualization, identity, security, and storage.
Experience with configuration management technologies such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM Templates.
Good Knowledge of Security Best Practices.
Proactive attitude towards process and documentation improvement
