Your responsibilities

Join us as a Club Lounge Manger at InterContinental Warszawa. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. In this position, you will manage the high expectations of our VIP Guests and ensure your team members respond to all VIP needs in order to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.

A Club Lounge Manager must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Serve as the main point of contact for VIP Guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements

• Ensure that the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information are respected.

• Resolve Guest complaints promptly

• Ensure a very high standard of guest service is constantly maintained for both Reception and F&B area of the Club Lounge

• Manage the team members efficiently, ensure the right training is given to maintain the high level of employees and Guests satisfaction

• Communicate with the Club InterContinental team, track and reward Guests for their loyalty; choose rewards that meet Guest preferences

• Manage Club Lounge expenses within the allocated budget

• Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas

Our requirements

Ideally, the candidate should possess 2 year experience in the Hotel Industry

(5-star hotel preferable) in a similar position or Front Office experience in a large hotel. Availability to work flexible hours across a 7 day operation is essential. This 'hands-on' role involves enforcing company standards and policies and high levels of customer service. Will bring with you strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
