Your responsibilities
Identifying and diving into risks and chances to financial forecasts
Variance analysis of margin between different periods and profit plan
Fixed costs reporting
Providing inputs to the monthly financial & commercial presentations
Providing ad-hoc support and financial analysis on various items from the balance sheet and P&L
Lead the process of AR management for the markets of Central Europe
Preparation of a frequent credit and AR reporting deck
Cooperate with different stakeholders to achieve satisfying results in overdue parameters and appropriate
analysis of changes and variances
Identifying opportunities for processes & reports simplification and reengineering,
Initial building and submission of financial plans (Forecasting/Budgeting)
Involvement in the month-end closure process
Our requirements
Master degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
2+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting or Big Data Analysis
Fluent English – oral and written
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
SAP knowledge or other ERP system
High analytical skills
Ability to quickly build effective reports with expected results
Strong organization and communication skills

This role in summary
As a Cluster Finance Analyst You will provide added value to the Market whilst analyzing both the Balance Sheet and the P&L of the respective country. Provide regular and accurate forecasts/analyses to management with input from
sales and marketing.
