Your responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and assigns tasks and responsibilities to team members according to skills and availability

  • Monitor the performance of the team ensuring to meet the agreed Service Level with Business and Service Units

  • Operational compliance on all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support on audit activities

  • Ensure efficient and effective working interfaces between the team and contact persons in Business and Service Units

  • Participate actively in the hiring process and hiring team resources

  • Plan team capacity, backup planning, assign teamwork accordingly and address proactively potential bottlenecks/backlogs

  • Motivate employees, regularly evaluate employee performance, support and monitor people development

  • Manage change and conflict in the team, implementing corrective measures/solutions

  • Share and build on Lean culture in the team for efficient service delivery

  • Support and initiate process improvement initiatives and related projects be proactive and creative in contributing ideas for service improvement

  • Continuously challenging our current achievements for more, willing to go an extra mile and beyond the expectations that customers set in front of us

Our requirements

  • Academic degree

  • Experience in People Management – min 2 years

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent analytical knowledge (SAP BW)

  • 5+ years solid experience in the business areas

  • Good knowledge of Order Management or other business processes related area

  • Transport Management Knowledge would be an advantage

  • Good SAP knowledge (Module SD - nice to have)

  • Change Management and proactive approach

  • Language skills: Fluent English is a must; German is nice to have

  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
