    Cluster Talent & OE Manager, NCEA

    Location: Warsaw
    The Cluster Talent & OE Manager will manage the cluster deployment of global and regional initiatives and regular cycle plan activities. Manager at this position will also provide feedback from Business Units to the regional and global teams to enhance global processes, tools and insights and provide support to cluster HRBPs as an expert in area of Talent & OE.
     

    Your accountabilities as a Cluster Talent & OE Manager:

    Talent Acquisition: Employer Branding and Recruitment:

    • Contributes to shaping the global Talent Acquisition agenda
    • Aligns global strategy to locally relevant Talent Acquisition and recruitment plans across all digital/online and offline channels
    • Leads global initiatives and drives change across systems, platforms, tool and process changes, talent brand initiatives etc.
    • Identifies target audiences of employer branding initiatives and drives attractiveness across key talent segments
    • Digital and social media channel activation (campaigns)
    • Talent Branding performance measurement and KPI responsibility
    • Coordinates Recruitment forecasting across assigned geographies and monitors recruitment delivery
    • Proactive Talent scouting for managerial positions

    Performance, Talent Development & Leadership Succession

    • Contributes to shaping the global Talent Development agenda
    • Coordinates global talent management processes (performance management, talent review, development planning) at all Business Units in the NCEA
    • Leads global and regional talent initiatives and introduce new projects to local organizations
    • Supports cluster HRBPs in implementing the high quality solutions at end markets
    • Talent Management performance measurement and KPI responsibility

    Change management & employee engagement initiatives

    • Coordinates global initiative as: global engagement survey, introducing new or improved solutions in change management area
    • Engages in global and regional projects to design and deploy initiatives in employee engagement, diversity management and organizational design areas.

    Knowledge, skills & experience that would support your success in this role:

    • Experience and expertise in Talent Acquisition practices (recruitment and employer branding)
    • Experience and expertise in Talent Management & Development practices (performance, succession, development programs)
    • Commercial orientation
    • Strong Project Management experience and prioritization skills
    • Demonstrates ability to think and act both strategically and operationally maximizing above market impact
    • Experience of operating in a complex geographical / functional matrix organization
    • Strong influencing skills to enable coordination of Talent and OE activities across the cluster
