    Currently we are looking for:

    Team Leader in Cash Management Team
    Team Leader (TL) overviews service delivery of countries in his/her scope - acts as point of contact in case of issues and escalation for Lead Associate's and also R2R manager. Team Lead monitors issues logged and drives effective and timely resolution. The same regards monitoring of SLA's: their achievement and driving the mitigations and remediation in case of failures. Accountable for all metrics and control charts for the team


    • Act as single point of contact and supervise day-to-day activities of SSC associates responsible for GL - Cash Accounting activities such as
    • Oversee and support General Ledger (GL) journal entries postings, GL and cash account review, maintenance and analysis, GL master data change requests, reconciliations, foreign exchange adjustments and corporate required accounting
    • Coordinate and support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities including completion of sub-ledger postings, control the progress on clearing bank transactions, bank account reconciliations, sub-ledger lockdown, posting to GL, Cash accounting and corporate submissions
    • Coordinate and support the execution of activities related to internal and external audit requirements
    • Provide periodic internal and external reports and support ad hoc data request from management or markets
    • Responsible for compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs)
    • Work closely with local accounting teams to resolve discrepancies, issues and queries for related accounting issues in a timely manner by escalating to the R2R Process Delivery Lead as required
    • Assist R2R Process Delivery Lead and Global Process Owner (GPO) to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices

    Ensure robust compliance environment with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies and procedures
