Your responsibilities

  • Develop expertise on processes and on data governance

  • Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests

  • Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets

  • Coordination of respective queue or issue resolution, cycle time monitoring

  • Train/consult internal customer in order to obtain proper inputs

  • Maintain sales group workflow, includes follow-up with sales on missing fields, incorrect data and delays

  • Provide reports to assigned sales team to enable end-to-end process visibility

  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time

  • May include coordination of various activities relevant for particular processes, including responding to general business and process related questions or issues

  • May include training and deployment support pre and/or post go-live

  • Responsible for escalation of issues if needed

  • Continuous improvement of processes and Lean Six Sigma project participation.

  • Positively contributes to and supports team efforts and objectives

  • Act according to 3M regulation and policies

  • Understand and enforce confidentiality and security rules

  • Collaborates as needed with other support teams & members

  • Facilitates interactions and escalations with appropriate level of urgency.

  • Update procedures, operation instructions, and any other documentation impacted by process set up and changes

  • May be required to travel internationally if needed

  • Actively participation in trainings and proactive approach

  • Ensures adherence to 3M policies, guidelines, and procedures as required for the effectiveness and quality of the services provided.

  • Continuous improvement of processes and Lean Six Sigma project participation.

  • Other tasks assigned by Team Leader

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with an accredited University / College

  • 1-2 years of equivalent work experience (Sales support, Reporting, Finance, Customer)

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with SAP/Vistex, or similar ERP system

  • Experience in working with Salesforce nice to have

  • Must be fluent in English

  • Collaborative Team player

  • Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes

  • Need to be capable and comfortable completing repetitive tasks in a time constrained manner.

  • Must be a quick learner and grab concepts quickly and be open to developing new skills.

  • Competent with web browsers and MS-Office (Excel)

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Proactive attitude to the duties entrusted.

  • Analytical and meticulous approach to the tasks entrusted.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks

  • Ability to solve problems and communicate properly

Goal of the position:

The person hired for the position will be responsible for calculating and preparing Sales Incentive Plans for sales representatives to ensure accuracy and alignment to 3M systems and established process. Work with internal clients to gather requirements, define rules to build out logic, and respond to requests and questions.

Person is able to deliver enhancements in subject area including: interaction with customers / super-users, process and system functionality.
