Goal of the position:
- Subject Matter Expert responsible for taking on more complex activities, processes and/or providing training and support
- Leading more complex projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Is able to deliver enhancements in assigned subject area
- Must have ability to perform independently
- Maintaining product content in GPIM (Global Product Information Management)
- Uploading multimedia content to Celum
- Preparation reports based on the GPIM`s strategic reporting solution (GEDW, Hybris, PISA)
- Completing requests raised by DRC and Marketing in GPIM and/or Syndication area - depending on tasks assigned by Team Leader or Team Administrator
- Ensuring availability, improve accuracy, consistency and quality of product data and other marketing content visible for customers in digital channels (including Youtube, SalesAid and other digital channels)
- Responsible for being primary point of contact for WE Digital Resource Center and local marketing, to manage digital content associated with customer facing applications in a timely and accurate method according to Service Level Agreements
- Analyze negative trends or delays in the process to identify root causes enabling identification of proactive improvement opportunities
- Recommendations for ongoing process improvements to drive efficiency and maximize value realization
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise on processes and on data governance
- Participate in deployment of new systems and/or new release of existing system including all necessary testing activities depending of process supported (if applicable)
- May be required to travel internationally if required
- Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
- Coordination of respective queue or issue resolution, cycle time, leveraging work load within a team to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements
- Train/consult internal customer in order to obtain prepare inputs
- Maintain business group workflow, includes follow-up with the business on missing fields, incorrect data and delays
- Provide reports to assigned business team to enable end-to-end process visibility
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time
- May include coordination of various activities relevant for particular processes, including responding to general business and process related questions or issues
- May include training and deployment support pre and/or post go-live (bCom deployment)
- Responsible for escalation of issues if needed
- Could take on or assist with more specialist activities
- Continuous improvement of processes and Lean Six Sigma project coordination.
- Positively contributes to and supports team efforts and objectives
- Act according to 3M regulation and policies
- Could take on some Team Leader responsibilities during Team Leader absence
- Other tasks assigned by Team Leader or Team Administrator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and/or IT
- Experience working with Hybris/Celum/JIRA/SalesForce
- Previous experience working with digital content, E-commerce, marketing, data quality or familiarity working with Supply Chain processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and exercise task specific projects with minimal supervision
- Practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
- Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
- Collaborative Team player
- Analytical skills
