Coffee Customer and Brand Marketing Specialist (OFF-TRADE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports in the development of Annual Business Plan in Modern and Traditional trade
  • Generates customer insights & analysis
  • Deliver category business, marketing and communication KPIs
  • Develops tailor made sales drivers (visibility, distribution, persuasion, quality, price)
  • Defines trade marketing and promo plan (with relevant mechanisms) by customer level/type
  • Leads the implementation of trade activation in cooperation with sales team
  • Manages POP and ensures the effective allocation
  • Develops and ensures successful launches of new products & categories
  • Delivers market, shopper and consumer behavior analysis (price & promo, margin, secondary placement effectiveness)
  • Monitors the trade budget

Key Capabilities

  • In-depth commercial and category development understanding
  • Min 3 years of coffee category/brand management experience (focus on Modern & Traditional trade)
  • Selling & negotiations with large customers
  • Operational planning & performance management
  • Financial acumen
  • Analytical thinking & synthesis to drive decision making
  • Communication skills (oral, written, presentations)
  • Building successful & mutual benefits relationships
