Cold Calling Agent – Marketing Lead Generating Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Contact potential customers who are considered targets for dPCR instrument(conversation based on script)

• Answers entry questions about the dPCR

• Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback and handover to Lead Qualifiers

• Meets or exceeds quarterly goals given

• Utilize the CRM database (Salesforce) to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness of sales calls made by QIAGEN sales teams

• Initial qualification and development of leads from various lists provided by Lead Researchers

• Cold call external lists provided by 3rd parties

• Invite customers for monthly webinars (marketing opt-in)

• Determine accounts' structure and main scope

• Drive funnel lead generation by identifying key decision-makers

• Log activities, contacts and account progress information

• Recommends products and/or services based on customer’s needs if need it #LI-remote
