Your responsibilities
Responsible for managing portfolio customers and minimizing overdue receivables
Contacting customers and ensure on-time payment
Determine reasons for non-payment and negotiate resolutions with UPM guidelines
Re-inforce UPM’s Collection Brand and educate customers in keeping their account current
Close co-operation with UPM Sales and Customer Service network regarding changes in customer behaviors
Actively performing and following up the compliance of defined internal controls.
Identify and drive for process improvements, including participation Financial Services processes and tools development projects
Our requirements
You have Bachelor's degree or equal qualification in accounting operation or customer service , collections, sales.
You speak fluent German and communicative English
You are solution-oriented with a problem solving mindset and the capability to understand and lead complexities
You bring a business mindset and good understanding of businesses and business environment
You have strong collaboration, influencing and team working skills with flexible, positive and proactive attitude towards changing environment
You are an adaptive communicator and have good presentation skills.
You have the ability and willingness to achieve own and team’s targets with provided timelines
You bring integrity and independency / You are independent in your daily work

We are now looking for a Collections Controllers, German Speaker to grow with us. Collections Team located in Wroclaw, Poland provides Collections Services for Customers located in EMEA and Americas region and is a part of the Global Finance & Control organization.
The position is located in Wroclaw, Poland.
The position holder will report to Collections Team Leader, OTC.
