Your responsibilities
Perform collection process for English entity: contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment
Delivering high level of customer service: Analyses of situation on customer accounts
Following up on overdue accounts
Participating in resolution of unclear payments
Evaluating customer account and payment history
Supporting other team members in achieving team and individual goals
Elaboration of reports (periodical and upon request)
Regularly communicate with GSSO manager
Preparing process maps and desktop procedures, if needed. Updating procedures
Our requirements
University degree is desirable, preferably in Finance or related subject
Min. 1 year of working experience in customer service with specific experience in Collection, Query and Dispute Management, OTC
Good knowledge of OTC accounting principles, activities and processes
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong interpersonal and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, excellent telephone manner
Good understanding of SAP would be an asset
Working knowledge of Ms. Office package
Efficient at working in fast paced environment and under stressful situations
Experience of working in a multicultural, international environment

With the ever-growing number of clients and suppliers around the world, we are looking for a smart collection specialist or a senior collection specialist who will be able to work together with the rest of the team to ensure financial stability in the company.
About the Role:

The main responsibility of this role is delivering high level of customer service in Collection activities for UK: customer chasing, following on the customer's account, following and preparing daily reporting on business request.
