Your responsibilities
- Managing, monitoring and pursuing collections of unpaid premiums in adherence to collection guidelines
- Performing premium collection activities for selected group of businesses.
- Daily interaction with AXA Clients -brokers,
- Cooperating with internal departments to resolve invoice booking and payment discrepancies
- Reviewing aged receivable balances for accuracy and collectability
- Initiating premium corrections, cash applications, disbursements and write-offs
- Investigating and resolving disputed items and reconcile balances as required.
- Acting as a liaison between client and internal parties to resolve billing issues.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with both internal and external clients.
Our requirements
- University degree or relevant experience
- Proven experience in a similar role will be an asset (credit control, accounting AP or AR, Cash Application, Banking)
- Fluent English (both oral and written)
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used software
- Good organizational skills with ability to work under time pressure
- Excellent people skills; communicative and open to new challenges
- First class customer service skills
