Your responsibilities

  • handling telephone calls, letters and emails with the greatest level of care, accuracy and customer service skills;

  • negotiating, implementing and monitoring feasible repayment solutions that take into account the client’s circumstances while balancing the best interests of the business.

We are offering a job position in an international financial company providing services for a major motor enterprise.

Type: labour law contract (¾-time or full-time; 6 or 8h a day)

Office opening hours: 10am-6pm Monday-Friday
