Your responsibilities
Operational Reporting
Driving actions prioritization with team
Guiding and supporting Team and acting as an Escalation Point for the Team
Identifying and solving common cross-process (PTP, OTC, T&E) issues.
Managing day to day tasks allocation and Team performance KPIs, SLAs
Being the Key Point of Contact and Decision Maker for Collection process
Team management setting strategic long term goals, team development
Our requirements
Fluent English
Min. B2 Italian level
1 to 2 years of team leading experience
Finance Accounting background nice to have
Strong willingness to learn RTR & ability to learn fast
2 or 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Collection
Advanced Excel skills
General experience with ERP systems used in a multinational environment
Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment
