Your responsibilities

  • Operational Reporting

  • Driving actions prioritization with team

  • Guiding and supporting Team and acting as an Escalation Point for the Team

  • Identifying and solving common cross-process (PTP, OTC, T&E) issues.

  • Managing day to day tasks allocation and Team performance KPIs, SLAs

  • Being the Key Point of Contact and Decision Maker for Collection process

  • Team management setting strategic long term goals, team development

Our requirements

  • Fluent English

  • Min. B2 Italian level

  • 1 to 2 years of team leading experience

  • Finance Accounting background nice to have

  • Strong willingness to learn RTR & ability to learn fast

  • 2 or 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Collection

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • General experience with ERP systems used in a multinational environment

  • Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment
