We are now looking for a Collections Controllers with Italian to grow with us. Collections Team located in Wroclaw/Bielany Wrocławskie, Poland provides Collections Services for Customers located in EMEA and Americas region and is a part of the Global Finance & Control organization.

What you’ll do

  • You will be responsible for managing portfolio customers and minimizing overdue receivables
  • You will be contacting customers and ensure on-time payment
  • You will determine reasons for non-payment and negotiate resolutions with company guidelines
  • You will re-inforce company Collection Brand and educate customers in keeping their account current
  • You will co-operate closely with Sales and Customer Service network regarding changes in customer behaviour
  • You will be actively performing and following up the compliance of defined internal controls
  • You will identify and drive for process improvements, including participation in Financial Services processes and tools development projects

Who you are

  • You have Bachelor's degree or equal qualification in accounting operation or customer service, collections, sales
  • You speak communicative English and Italian
  • You are solution-oriented with a problem solving mindset and have the capability to understand and lead complexities
  • You have good understanding of  businesses and business environment
  • You have strong collaboration, influencing and team working skills with flexible, positive and proactive attitude towards changing environment
  • You are an adaptive communicator and have good presentation skills
  • You have ability and willingness to achieve own and team’s targets with provided timelines
  • You are independent in your daily work
