The Collections Supervisor will be responsible for assisting and deputising the management of the European Credit Control team on an operational level, whilst keeping in regular contact and maintaining a good working relationship with key clients.

your tasks
- ensure all collections of revenue allocated to Goup are paid according to the contracted terms
- participate in revenue management and planning, where requested
- performing accurate and timely reporting of Client Queries via GetPAID
- ensure the standard of credit control relations are adhered at all times
- assist in managing the integrity of the Collections Team function in accordance to audit control processes
- ensure daily cash received is allocated accurately on the day of receipt
- ensure cheques received are banked on date of receipt
- provide any ad hoc assistance and support to the European Collections Manager when needed
what we expect
- minimum of 7 years’ experience working in a collections function
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading teams
- ability to work to tight deadlines in order to achieve monthly collection targets
- DSO and Month End reporting experience essential
- experience in Business Credit Reporting
- previous experience of working in a fast paced collections environment
- highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
- commercially focused with a strong client service approach
- ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally
- a proven team player with excellent communication skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
- completely literate in English language
- knowledge French an advantage
